Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Edge Builder mobile application and web application ("Service"), operated by Edge Builder ("we", "our", "us"). By using Edge Builder, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Edge Builder Is

Edge Builder is a trade journaling and analytics tool. It helps traders log trades, track rule compliance, measure discipline, and generate performance reports based on the data they enter.

Edge Builder does not provide financial advice, trading signals, trade recommendations, or investment guidance of any kind. All analytics, verdicts, and reports generated by the app are based solely on data you enter and are for educational and informational purposes only.

Trading financial markets (including but not limited to futures, forex, and cryptocurrency) involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Past performance — whether tracked in Edge Builder or elsewhere — does not guarantee future results.

2. Your Account

You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Edge Builder.
One person per account. Account sharing is not permitted.

3. Your Data

You retain ownership of all trading data you enter into Edge Builder.
You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the Service.
You can export your data at any time via the CSV export feature in Settings.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings.

4. Subscriptions & Purchases

Free Trial: New users receive a free trial period (14 days or 20 trades, whichever comes first) with full access to the app. No credit card is required.
Edge Sample: A one-time in-app purchase that unlocks one complete 100-trade sample with full analytics and verdict report.
Edge Workspace: An auto-renewing subscription that provides unlimited samples and premium features.

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store (iOS). Payment, billing, and refunds are subject to Apple's terms. To manage or cancel a subscription, use your device's subscription settings.

Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use Edge Builder for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app
Attempt to access other users' data
Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Service
Misrepresent Edge Builder verdicts or reports as professional financial advice

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Edge Builder is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data will be preserved indefinitely. While we take reasonable precautions to protect your data, we are not liable for data loss.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Edge Builder and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, data loss, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your use of or inability to use the Service
Any trading decisions you make based on data displayed in the app
Unauthorized access to your account or data
Any errors, bugs, or inaccuracies in the Service

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from the Settings screen. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of Edge Builder after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
